Reach (EC) Directive No. 1907/2006
(Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals)
European Regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. The objective of REACH is to protect human health and the environment by assessing, in as much detail as possible, the risks arising from the chemicals used. It provides for the compilation of a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) that must be drawn up according to precise parameters that provide important information on the use of the product. This document can be requested at any time by the competent authority or by the purchaser for appropriate verification. TECH TRADE SRL is able to supply the corresponding Safety Data Sheets for all reconditioned products, in compliance with this Regulation.
